Jeho ve\u013ekou prednos\u0165ou je aj odolnos\u0165 vo\u010di v\u00fdkyvom po\u010dasia. Be\u017ene sa nach\u00e1dza v\u00a0Eur\u00e1zii, ako aj na pieso\u010dnat\u00fdch dun\u00e1ch na pobre\u017e\u00ed Severn\u00e9ho mora. Prid\u00e1me 240 g cukru (v pomere 1 : 1 k\u00a0mno\u017estvu \u0161\u0165avy), privedieme do\u00a0varu a\u00a0var\u00edme, k\u00fdm sa cukor nerozpust\u00ed. N\u00e1sledne privedieme do varu namo\u010den\u00fd agar-agar a\u00a0var\u00edme pribli\u017ene 2 min\u00faty. Potom dokopy zlejeme sirup s\u00a0hor\u00facim agarom, dobre premie\u0161ame a\u00a0nech\u00e1me mierne vychladn\u00fa\u0165. Formi\u010dky na \u013ead jemne vytrieme rastlinn\u00fdm olejom a\u00a0vylejeme do nich rakytn\u00edkov\u00fd sirup s\u00a0agarom. Nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165 pri izbovej teplote.
